Jambalaya: spicy rice with chicken and sausage. Served with bread and butter. (J) Interesting ball presentation. (S) This was pretty good. It had a bit of spice, but nothing I couldn't handle.
Seafood Gumbo: made with roux, tomato sauce and okra. Served with bread and butter. (J) Tasted good, but a small portion. Would have liked crab meat in the gumbo instead of in the shell. (S) I only had a bit of crab, I was afraid for my allergies :(
