Shoyu Ramen: "super noodles with tasty Japanese soy sauce." (S) Mmm...just add shoyu. Nice firm noodles and tasty broth.
Orochong Ramen: "hot and tasty Hokkaido ramen. The most popular to the youth." (J) Yes, nice firm noodles. Very peppery broth. Not a lot of ingredients like the King of Kings ramen, which I prefer.
