"...Of Course We Have Scampi!": Tender Shrimp sautéed with Capers in Lemon-Garlic Butter, served over a bed of Linguini. (J) Nice big portion of garlic buttery pasta with tons of shrimp. I wanted more garlic bread. 
Bourbon Street Mahi Mahi: charbroiled Cajun spiced Mahi Mahi with Bourbon Sauce and grilled Shrimp, served over Mashed Potato. (S) I really liked the fish a lot. Everything went well together, the sauce + fish + mashed potatoes + shrimp. Yumm... (J) Fish was charbroiled well.
