Grilled Bison Burger: fresh ground, farm raised bison, grilled and served on a sesame seed bun topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, relish, pickles and green onion mayo; served with salad. (J) So tasty. I'm always impressed by Utopia's burgers. (S) Agreed. Taste of the wild.
Chicken Nachos: freshly made corn tortilla chips piled high and topped with a blend of melted cheeses, spicy salsa, white beans, sour cream and freshly grilled chicken breast. (J) Large size and good amount of ingredients. The chips were stuck to a flat bread base, which made it hard to take apart. (S) It was good except the jalapenos.
